thanks for the great information. As a statewide project that reviews software and internet resources , we've noticed the trend of products becoming larger and more comprehensive. These "tanks" are quite expensive to review and beg for a separate evaluation process. yet, someone must review these new systems to provide users with accurate and complete information. After i read Christensen's book, i wrote a series of nine blog postings about both this book and it's implications. . CBL is growing towards a tipping point, but there is plenty of time for us to continue the discussion about how best to prepare.
